Turtleflight BBS

I found the controls.ini file in <Active Worlds Directory>\default\ and there seem to be a hidden tab called Users. Also in the toolbars subdirectory there's some unused icons in the different toolbar graphic schemes and a toolbar.cfg, in where a lot of the normal menu functions and some extra ones can be enabled... Now there's 2 here that caught my attention one called "event" and another called "sdk_event", so my question is : how can I utilize this ?
